He provides technical oversight, supports complex systems, and sets the standards for how every job is performed. Kenneth’s long-term goal is to build a company rooted in Christian values and legacy — one that he can proudly pass on to his son, Gio, as a family trade and lifelong foundation.

Gio represents the next generation of the Pratts Family business, carrying forward a faith-based approach to honest work and dependable service.

Natasha is the owner of Pratts Family Air Duct Cleaning and the first point of contact for customers. She manages scheduling, customer communication, and job planning, and works hands-on with the team to ensure proper cleaning methods, system care, and quality control on every job. Natasha leads the business with strong attention to detail, technical understanding, and a faith-centered commitment to honesty and service.
